Equal Rights for Fathers
Where is Kyle?

Why is it that mothers have more rights than fathers?

Do you want the truth? It is my belief that court judges rule in favor of the mothers because, in their minds, a child belongs with the mother. In most states, it has to be proven that the mother is unfit for custody. Unfortunatly for the fathers, this is very hard to do, mainly because the laws work in favor of the mothers. However, in my case, I can't even locate the mother, which makes my case even harder, which is why I am asking for your help.

Check out the facts about my case on the right of this page, this may help determine if you have any helpfull information. You can post a message in the Guestbook on the main page, or send an e-mail at the address provided on the contact page of this site.

Did you know...

Did you know, that as the father of any child(ren), you are entitled to veiw their school records? If you are having problems with visitation, it would be a good idea to get copies of their records to use as evidence. If the child(ren) have poor grades, unusually low attendance, or have disiplinary problems, this maybe a warning sign that there are problems at home. In most cases, all you need is to show proof you are the father, unless your parental rights have been severed.

Kyle & Daddy

This photo shows me with Kyle when he was 5 & 1/2 years old. This was also the last time I got to spend time with him. I sure do miss Kyle alot, and I'm hoping someone viewing this site will have some information that will help me find him.

Facts about my case:

Mary Jennifer Vess-Robinson-Adderley (Kyle's mother) attended Springtown High School in Springtown, Texas, and was part of the Springtown Class of '88. She played clarinet in the Springtown H.S. Band. Her parents are William Vess, last known to reside in Whitehouse, Texas, and Francis Gentry-Vess-Miller-? (current last name unknown), who currently resides at 716 North Main Street, Springtown, Texas, 76082. Jennifer has several relitives who reside in Springtown, and she is related to most of the Gentry's who still live there, including her uncles Thomas and Andy, her cousin Edward & his wife Missy, and several others.

Jennifer once resided with her husband Rick's relitives at 111 West Gregson Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah. She also is believed to have resided in Murry, Kerns, West Valley City, and Midvale, all suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah.

UPDATE:

Sometime in mid 1999, Kyle's mother moved to Ft. Worth, Texas. After being there for a short time, they moved to Boyd, Texas, and then went back to Springtown, Texas. Prior to the start of the school year in 2001, they moved to Whitney, Texas.

Jennifer (Kyle's mother) and her husband Rick have been cited for domestic violence in Salt Lake County, Utah. Rick also has a history of alcohol abuse. This in itself leads me to believe that Kyle's safty is at risk.

Jennifer has been known to move from state to state between Utah and Texas. I have concluded that this is due to the fact that her and her husband fight alot about money, his drinking, and the possibility that he's had affairs.

Jennifer was able to obtain a protective order in Salt Lake County, Utah by using falsified information. She stated in that order that I allegedly threatened domestic battery against her, and that I threatened to kidnap Kyle. Basically, all I did was threaten to sue for custody of Kyle.

Jennifer accuses me of not wanting to pay child support. It's not that I don't want to pay it, I don't want my visitation rights violated anymore. I have not paid any support since the falsified protective order was filed back in 1998, and even if I did resume the support payments, she wouldn't get them because she failed to submit a mailing address.
